Hi guys,

For example one web page contains the texts in English. The same web page has the option to change the language. If i changed the language then the page should display the texts in the new language which i was selected.

Before changing the language i want to run the script and also after changing the script also i want to run the script.

How to make the script which is genric for both the language?
Is it possible? If yes means tell me the way to do that.

NOTE : If i changed the language(Any Language) of the page at that time also the script should work.

Advance thanks

Well, this is precisely the case in which Data-Driven Automation must be used.
The verifications, and even the object properties should be based on different data sets, each for each language.

Please search for more information on Data-Driven Automation within our site's knowledge-base, blog and this forum.

I hope this is useful.

additionally:
if you have a chance to work with qtp 9.2 & above, under the "what's new" section, hp talks about dealing with a very similar kind of problem. you can give it a shot if possible...
