Hi Everyone,

I am facing a very unusual situation. I am new to loadrunner and trying to prepare virtual user for an application through citrix web interface. I am putting the information below for that:

Application platform: .NET (uses HTTP protocol for communication)
Protocol selected: multiprotocol - Citrix_ICA, Web (HTTP/HTML)
globals.h: attached in text file globals.txt
Action: attached in text file Action.txt
Screenshots for steps performed during testing and record settings:

I am attaching screenshots for record settings and steps I am performing to record. When I click on .ica link on the web interface in the last screenshot, the internet explorer crashes and also the application corresponding to .ica file does not open. Could you please have a look at the screen and suggest me furthur. This has already given me so much pain.

Thank you very much,
Kumar

You should send this case to HP customer support.
They might have a patch that would enable you to record the application without crashing.
