Dear AdvancedQTP community members,

We are proud to announce that version 1 of My System (TM), Solmar's new generation OO framework, is generally available for download here.
This version is the result of a long beta process carried out on customer premises (XIV, a global IBM brand), and is yet another milestone towards Solmar's vision of a unified tool for managing the whole lifecycle of an automation project.

This version brings to you the following new features:
1. Central storage (db) for all automated testing entities (Actions, Tests, Test Sets, Input Data Sets, Execution Packages)
2. Multi-level entities reuse
3. Automatic test parameterization
4. Built-in input data editing and storage
5. Customizable dynamic results view
6. HTML Reports distribution through email to recipient lists
7. Project configuration editor
8. Import project

These new GUI features, together with the robust development and runtime framework are intended to provide a comprehensive set of tools to increase productivity and the ROI of automation by allowing subject matter experts to define automatic flows, without compromising on the quality of the code, which should still be written by competent developers.

Dear AdvancedQTP Community Members,

The install package is faulty due to a defect found in Windows Installer.

Until the issue is resolved with Microsoft, please navigate here to download the following files:

1. http://www.advancedqtp.com/Uploads/My%20System/My%20System%20Auation%20Center%201.3.5.zip. This zip file includes a setup package for the Automation Center GUI. It should work.

2. http://www.advancedqtp.com/Uploads/My%20System/My%20System%20Framework%201.0.3.3.zip. This zip file includes the back-end My System framework. Please deploy it to make a folder structure as follows:
C:\Automation\Solmar\Common
C:\Automation\Solmar\Demo
C:\Automation\Solmar\Framework
C:\Automation\Solmar\Shared

After deploying the zip files, open the Automation Center application and map the framework to C:\Automation\Solmar. Of course, it is possible to deploy the framework to a network resource and map the GUI to that location.
