I want to schedule a task for every hour with the help of Script.
How it can be implemented ?

Use windows scheduler instead.

I have scheduled the task with the help of Windows Schedular,But i want it implement through script.

If you want to implement this through script then you have to ensure that the script is in running mode all the time. This may not be desirable for you as this will engage QTP at all times.
