 Dani Vainstein, co-founder and CEO of SOLMAR Knowledge Networks Ltd., is one of the world’s leading automation experts (Mercury CPC ID: 0630-24567). With nearly 10 years of international experience in the field, Dani has rich experience in automation development with a vast variety of technologies and platforms as consultant and team leader and also as trainer. Among the firms that enjoyed his excellent services one can find Tact, Ness Technologies, Creo Scitex (Kodak), SAP, Amdocs, and Comverse, as well as Sela and John Bryce. Nowadays Dani is CEO of SOLMAR and Head of its Training Division, as well as senior consultant at a Tel-Aviv company, lecturer at Sela College, Ness IT Business College and John Bryce. Dani is also the author of the excellent book Scripting QuickTest Professional freely available online for the benefit of the QTP community.

 Yaron Assa, co-founder and CTO of SOLMAR Knowledge Networks Ltd. is, despite his young age and relatively short career, already one of the world’s leading automation experts. In June 2007, Yaron launched a personal blog on QuickTest Professional matters with a vision that can be summarized by the slogan "'coz we’re programmers, not users". After joining forces with Dani Vainstein in publishing the best-freebie book Scripting QuickTest Professional and later with Meir Bar-Tal’s cutting-edge article on Function Pointers in VBScript, this modest blog proved to be a turn-key milestone in the history of testing automation as it changed the way QTP professionals think and work. Until recently Yaron has been with Tescom as Senior Automation Expert. Nowadays Yaron is CTO of SOLMAR, as well as senior consultant, lecturer at Sela College, Ness IT Business College and John Bryce. Yaron is also the Site Administrator of AdvancedQTP and has his own blog. Yaron is also studying towards a Bachellor degree in Mathematics and Philosophy.

 Meir Bar-Tal, co-founder and VP R&D of SOLMAR Knowledge Networks Ltd., is one of the world’s leading automation architects. With more than 15 years of experience in software analysis, design and development, Meir has spent the last 5 years researching and developing cutting-edge methodologies and tools to increase the ROI on automation development. Among the firms that enjoyed his excellent services one can find Ness Technologies, Typereader (Acumen), Amdocs, Matrix, Interwise (AT&T), Bank Leumi and Super Derivatives. Nowadays Meir is VP of SOLMAR and Head of its R&D Division, as well as senior consultant at a big Tel-Aviv company, lecturer at Sela College and Ness IT Business College. Meir is also the Chief Editor of AdvancedQTP and Administrator of the AdvancedQTP Q&A Forums, and has his own blog. Meir also holds a Master degree in Cognitive Psychology from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.

Marcelo Printac, co-founder and VP Marketing & Sales of SOLMAR Knowledge Networks Ltd., is one of Israel’s leading business development professionals. Marcelo has more than 10 years of experience in the fields of business development and  management. Paul Grossman, General and TE forums co-moderator. Paul Grossman is an HP Certified Instructor who holds a Quality Center CPS/CPC and QuickTest Professional CPS.
Paul has seven years experience leading automation projects in both WinRunner and QuickTest Professional, as well as installing and customizing Quality Center. In addition, Paul has been a featured Track Speaker at several conferences including Mercury World 2004 & 2005 and HP Software Universe 2007.  

Monika Arora Gautam, FR Project forum co-moderator. Monika has a degree in Chemistry and Biology, and has undergone a 2 year course in system management.
Monika has been practicing QA professionally for over five year, and has extensive two year experience in developing Internet technologies. Monika has ample amount of experience working internationally, as she’s worked in the US, UK, and India.

Stefan Thelenius, General, Web & Web-Services forums co-moderator. . Stefan has been practicing QA professionally since 1994 in various business segments such as Finance, Medical technology and Telecom. Since 2000 he is engaged mainly in technical aspects of automated functional and performance testing, as well as developing testing tools. Stefan is an expert in QuickTest Professional, Loadrunner and TestDirector. He lives and works in Sweden and has his own blog.  

Anshoo Arora, Web and Java forums co-moderator. Holding a degree in Electrical Engineering , his first testing assignment was during his University days when he was sent to Germany for testing an Elevator car system. He hasn’t looked back since and has been in the SQA industry for the past 5 years. Anshoo is a QTP and LoadRunner expert and has good experience with Quality Center/Test Director and SilkPerformer. Currently he is also putting an effort into learning IBM Functional Tester. He is currently working as a SQA Consultant at EDS, USA.
